A 45-minute workout that is structured for you to reconnect with your body while having fun with your baby! Using only your body weight and the weight of your little one (Bring your baby carrier), you will be given a variety of exercises to strengthen your muscles in a playful and safe environment. Classes are for babies ages 0-18 months.
