Stephanie is an experienced yogi practitioner with 10 years of practice across a variety of styles including Vinyasa (Slow Flow and open-level classes) as well as Yin and Iyenger styles.

Her love of Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Chanting has brought the calming powers of the East to her physically challenging NYC- based classes.
Her philosophy is that yoga can heal both mind and body and her goal is to lift her students’ spirits, so they leave class smiling, always.

Stephanie trained under Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu at Pure Yoga, NYC (RYT-200) and has a 20-hour Yin Yoga certification training under Kate Kuss at Pure Yoga, NYC.
